Pursuant to section 38(1)(b) of the
Accountants Act, the Accounting and Corporate Regulatory
Authority's Public Accountants Oversight Committee
has:
-suspended the registration of Mr Kong Sik
Chuen, a public accountant practicing as a partner in the
accounting firm TKNP International, for 12 months from 22 February
2011 to 21 February 2012.
-cancelled the registration of Mr Wong Mun
Piaw, a public accountant practicing as
a sole proprietor of the accounting firm
Wong Mun Piaw & Co.
-suspended the registration of Mr Ng Kem
San, a public accountant practising as a sole proprietor of the
accounting firm A.W Kei & Company and as a partner in the
accounting firm K.S. Ng & Co., for 2 years from 25 October 2010
to 24 October 2012.
